Our telephone system

 

The practice has introduced a new automated telephone answering service that will ask you a few structured questions to understand the reason for your call. 

Please be assured that all requests are reviewed and triaged by a member of our Care Navigation team who will then pass on your request to a clinician, where appropriate. 

This change helps us manage calls more safely and reduce waiting times, while keeping clinicians fully involved in your care.
